DripUp ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DripUp mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account Information: Email address, username, and password when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.
• Profile Information: Username, bio, and profile photo that you choose to provide.
• User Content: Outfit photos you upload for AI analysis and challenge submissions.
• Communications: Messages you send to us through the Contact Support feature, and reports you submit about other users.

Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including features used, analysis history, challenge participation, and subscription status.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for app functionality.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Biometric Data: We do not extract, collect, or store any biometric data such as facial geometry, fingerprints, or body measurements.
• Location Data: We do not collect your location.
• Contacts: We do not access your contacts or address book.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Google Gemini: Outfit photos for AI analysis as described in Section 2.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase data for payment management.
• Firebase (Google): Authentication, storage, and cloud functions.
• Other Users: Your username, profile photo, and challenge entries are visible to other users.

5. Data Retention

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. Photos for AI analysis are processed in real-time and not stored. Challenge photos are stored as long as the challenge is active and your entry exists. You may remove your entry at any time.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, history, challenge entries, and all associated data.

7. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Objection: Object to the processing of your data
• Revoke Consent: Withdraw consent for AI processing at any time

8. Children's Privacy

DripUp is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, Firestore security rules, and rate limiting to protect your information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DripUp mobile application ("App") operated by DripUp. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. The Service

DripUp is an AI-powered fashion analysis app. Ratings and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini).

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.2 Billing: Payment is charged to Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24h before the end of the period. Manage in Account Settings on App Store.

5.3 Refunds: Handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of uploaded photos but grant DripUp a license to display them for challenges.

Moderation: We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Circumvent rate limiting or credit systems
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
• Harass or intimidate other users
• Upload content depicting minors
• Reverse engineer the App
